Riviera del Brenta

The Brenta Riviera offers even the most demanding traveler a whole host of adventures and discoveries.

The power of the Venetian Republic is evident not only in the architecture of the wonderful villas that rise up along the Brenta canal (which, incidentally, makes for the ideal point of entry onto the Grand Canal) but also in the religious and cultural buildings that enrich the area, as well as the ruined forts that were an integral part of the land defense strategy of the Republic.
